Senior Accountant responsible for month-end and year-end close, journal entries, variance analysis, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, corporate tax filing support, and payroll oversight for Canadian operations. The role also drives accounting process improvements and partners cross-functionally on financial analysis and business insights. This is an on-site position requiring a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA designation, and 7+ years of accounting experience.

Supervise and develop Credit Analysts through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve account issues and assess credit-stopped orders. Conduct financial analysis, communicate findings for business decisions, and oversee special Credit team projects.

Prepare financial documents, record transactions, produce financial statements, reconcile balance sheet accounts, forecast cash flow, review accounting records, and improve reporting with business units. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA designation, and at least three years of accounting experience. Excel or SQL proficiency is preferred. This is an on-site position in Milton, Ontario.

Analyzes operational data, branch performance, productivity, and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements. Develops SQL and Power BI reporting tools, presents actionable insights to leadership, and owns analytical projects from opportunity identification through results measurement. Partners with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution Operations to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
