Supervise and develop Credit Analysts through onboarding, training, performance coaching, and customer interaction monitoring. Collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve account issues and credit holds, conduct financial analysis for business decisions, and oversee Credit team projects.

Prepare and analyze financial information, record transactions, produce financial statements, review accounting records, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, forecast cash flow, and improve reporting with business units. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA designation, and at least three years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Manage and improve the Toronto warehouse safety program, policies, procedures, audits, incident reviews, compliance, and continuous safety initiatives. Establish safety goals with management, lead Safety Coordinators, conduct employee training, and partner with Human Resources on workers’ compensation claims. Ensure legal and company safety standards are met across a large warehouse operation.

Analyzes operational data, branch performance, productivity, and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements. Develops SQL and Power BI reporting tools, translates complex data into leadership insights, and owns analytical projects from opportunity identification through results measurement. Partners with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution Operations teams to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.

Manage customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, document collection activity, and collaborate with credit, cash applications, customer service, and sales teams. The role focuses on reducing aging and bad debt, improving processes, and delivering customer-focused support. Fluency in English and French, accounts receivable or collections experience, and Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge are required or preferred.

Provides bilingual English and French customer support by processing orders, answering product, pricing, shipping, and account questions, recommending solutions, assisting with online ordering, and building customer relationships through phone, email, and chat. The role offers training and requires strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Provide legal counsel for Uline Canada by advising leadership on commercial and employment matters, conducting legal research, preparing documents, identifying and escalating risks, partnering with U.S. teams on transactions, and implementing compliance programs and HR policies to align business objectives with applicable laws and regulations.
