Manage front-of-house visitor experience and conference room reservations; coordinate facilities, IT, and security across multiple suites; handle vendor management, purchase orders, inventory replenishment, work order triage, KPI reporting, SOP maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design and coordinate electrical systems for commercial, industrial, laboratory, and technical facilities from concept through construction. Lead Revit/BIM-based design, coordinate external engineering firms and vendors, review documentation, support budgeting and commissioning, and maintain design intent. Provide expertise in power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, equipment integration, safety compliance, facility troubleshooting, and energy-efficient building systems.

Supports apparel fitting and sizing by assisting fit sessions, measuring garments, evaluating construction and proportions, documenting fit comments, updating tech packs and fit logs, and communicating corrections to vendors and internal teams. Helps prepare samples, track approvals, maintain fit consistency across sizes, and support continuous improvement. The role is onsite five days per week and involves standing, moving garment samples, and working with models or mannequins.
