Conducts building envelope performance tests and engineering project investigations in laboratory and client-site settings. Responsibilities include developing test plans, setting up and operating equipment, analyzing results, preparing technical reports, managing project documentation, communicating with clients, resolving engineering issues, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The role also involves construction-oriented test setups, machinery operation, physical work at heights, and collaboration with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Sell and support HOMER Pro, Grid, and Front software to engineering firms, utilities, developers and other customers. Generate leads, deliver product demonstrations, support technical scoping and solution architecture, and close B2B software deals. Represent the company at conferences and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and inform product development.

Conducts ULC listing, certification, and annual field audits of intrusion and fire alarm systems and signal receiving centres. Evaluates equipment, wiring, monitoring, facilities, and compliance with applicable standards; prepares technical reports; reviews corrective actions; conducts follow-up visits; consults with customers and authorities; schedules audits and travel; and maintains expertise in alarm technologies.

Manage front-of-house visitor experience and conference room reservations; coordinate facilities, IT, and security across multiple suites; handle vendor management, purchase orders, inventory replenishment, work order triage, KPI reporting, SOP maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design and coordinate electrical systems for commercial, industrial, laboratory, and technical facilities from concept through construction. Lead Revit/BIM-based design, coordinate external engineering firms and vendors, review documentation, support budgeting and commissioning, and maintain design intent. Provide expertise in power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, equipment integration, safety compliance, facility troubleshooting, and energy-efficient building systems.
