Sell and support HOMER Pro, Grid, and Front software to engineering firms, utilities, developers and other customers. Generate leads, deliver product demonstrations, support technical scoping and solution architecture, and close B2B software deals. Represent the company at conferences and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and inform product development.

Manage front-of-house visitor experience and conference room reservations; coordinate facilities, IT, and security across multiple suites; handle vendor management, purchase orders, inventory replenishment, work order triage, KPI reporting, SOP maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support garment fit and sizing by assisting fittings, measuring garments, documenting fit comments, updating fit tracking and tech packs, preparing samples, and communicating corrections to vendors and internal teams to ensure consistent fit, quality, and adherence to brand standards throughout product development.

Serve as the main CX champion by managing Voice of Customer feedback, resolving customer complaints, driving cross-functional CX improvements, documenting actions in Salesforce, reporting on initiatives, and partnering with regional leaders to enhance end-to-end customer experience and compliance with complaint-handling SOPs.
