Lead and develop the sales team to achieve quotas and annual targets. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, evaluating, and motivating representatives; coordinating sales plans, promotions, product launches, and training; analyzing sales data; reviewing performance reports; visiting major customers; supporting regional sales activities; and monitoring supplier performance.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new installer customers across an assigned Hamilton-area territory. Sell NAPA auto parts and programs, execute sales development plans, support marketing promotions, collaborate with district and store teams, gather market intelligence, report customer or product issues, recommend pricing, assist with collections, and ensure account compliance.

Supports the Senior Market Manager in executing product-line marketing and pricing strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing product performance, preparing data and specification files, updating prices, applying promotions, communicating product changes, developing sales improvement strategies, and conducting market research.
