Lead the vision, architecture, and standards for Twilio’s enterprise AI/ML platforms and products. Guide large-scale system design, solve complex engineering problems, establish best practices, mentor senior technical leaders, and collaborate across business functions. Partner with product, engineering, program, design, and executive teams to develop scalable AI solutions, drive cross-organizational initiatives, and present technical strategies and deliverables to executive leadership.

Manage Twilio’s global Marketing OPEX budget, forecasting, headcount and payroll modeling, program spend, accruals, and financial planning. Partner with senior Marketing, Accounting, and Procurement leaders on budget pacing, reallocations, ROI analysis, vendor renewals, and strategic decisions. Modernize FP&A workflows through automation, analytics, and enterprise finance systems while supporting profitable growth.

Analyzes standard and non-standard deal economics, pricing, discounts, terms, usage commitments, and margin impact. Builds financial models and scenarios, partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations, and manages end-to-end Deal Desk workflows in Salesforce/CPQ. Ensures pricing, contracting, approval, and revenue-recognition compliance while improving deal processes and supporting high-volume periods.
