Responsibilities include calculations, power system and electrical design, equipment specifications, drawings, technical documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, vendor and contractor reviews, field support, construction and commissioning assistance, and client communication. The role requires adherence to applicable codes and standards, quality processes, project schedules, and budgets, with opportunities for professional development and increasing responsibility.

Develops and coordinates electrical design drawings, layouts, schematics, schedules, and technical documentation for energy and infrastructure projects. Reviews designs for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance; coordinates with multidisciplinary teams; incorporates engineering calculations, vendor information, and stakeholder feedback; supports field investigations, construction activities, submittals, RFIs, and as-built documentation. Maintains quality standards and provides technical guidance to junior designers.

Plans, schedules, and tracks refinery turnarounds, shutdowns, pit stops, and emergency outages. Develops work packages, manages SAP work orders and materials, builds resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules, performs critical path and resource-leveling analyses, integrates contractor schedules, and monitors daily execution progress. Coordinates engineering, maintenance, operations, procurement, contractors, and supervisors while incorporating emergent work. Supports safe, timely, and cost-effective shutdown execution and completes post-event closeout, benchmarking, and lessons learned.
