Investigate and process auto claims, assist Hosts and Guests with self-resolution, coordinate with third-party administrators, collect amounts due, maintain claim documentation, and improve claims-handling processes. The role emphasizes bilingual English/French customer service, conflict resolution, responsiveness, accurate follow-through, and collaboration in a hybrid Toronto office environment.

Serve as primary contact for high-impact host and guest escalations across North America in English and French. Resolve billing, damage, mechanical, reservation, and policy issues; advocate for Quebec regional needs; collaborate cross-functionally; identify trends and improve processes using customer support tools.

Own and execute paid and organic top-of-funnel experiments to acquire hosts across Canadian markets. Build roadmaps for creatives, targeting, offers, and landing pages; partner with Creative and media partners; analyze CAC and conversion metrics to optimize supply growth, including bilingual campaigns for Quebec.
