Serve as primary contact for high-impact host and guest escalations across North America in English and French. Resolve billing, damage, mechanical, reservation, and policy issues; advocate for Quebec regional needs; collaborate cross-functionally; identify trends and improve processes using customer support tools.

Own and execute paid and organic top-of-funnel experiments to acquire hosts across Canadian markets. Build roadmaps for creatives, targeting, offers, and landing pages; partner with Creative and media partners; analyze CAC and conversion metrics to optimize supply growth, including bilingual campaigns for Quebec.

The CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop strategies for customer engagement, manage campaigns, and collaborate with creative and data teams for effective reporting and experimentation.
