Directs global real estate project management teams delivering commercial office fit-outs, retail projects, and move-adds-and-changes services. Manages client relationships, project delivery, procurement, contracts, financial performance, risks, staffing, and account KPIs. Leads teams across Canada, the US, and EMEA; develops employees; supports business growth; resolves complex problems; and ensures integrated service delivery for large client accounts.

Manages document control processes across programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and accurate recordkeeping. Coordinates document outputs with stakeholders, supports submittals and contract processes, and maintains consistent workflows. Requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills, plus experience with SharePoint and preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud. The role is primarily office-based at a client site.

Lead cost control across large-scale infrastructure and construction programs by managing budgets, commitments, forecasts, variance analysis, risks, cash flow, and earned value reporting. Partner with program controls and Finance to ensure data integrity, identify cost and schedule risks, maintain contractual alignment, and optimize expenditures. Provide executive-level financial insights, mentor team members, and promote continuous improvement in cost management practices.
