Leads Canada’s talent acquisition function and a team of seven recruiters. Develops workforce-aligned recruitment strategies, advises senior leaders, oversees full-cycle and high-volume hiring, builds diverse talent pipelines, uses recruitment metrics and market intelligence, and drives team performance, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.

Manage real estate projects through initiation, onboarding, documentation, design and construction support, procurement, meetings, compliance, invoicing, reporting, and coordination with clients, internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors. The role requires supporting increasingly complex construction projects while maintaining document controls and project reporting.
