Prepare and coordinate architectural project specifications, review materials and submittals, support tender and construction documentation, respond to RFIs and addenda, research products, and maintain Master Specifications. The role requires collaboration with project teams and ongoing application of construction methodologies, building science, codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Coordinate architecture and design projects by facilitating communication among clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, project plans, proposals, contracts, and project documentation. Manage digital submissions, file transfers, material samples, sample boards, and project databases. Support workflow improvements and project milestones while developing knowledge of the AEC project lifecycle.

Coordinates contract administration during construction, including change documentation, payment certification, RFIs, submittals, meeting materials, stakeholder communication, project documentation, digital file transfers, and deliverable submissions. The role supports clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams while improving workflows and maintaining accurate project databases.
