Supports manufacturing improvement projects in a printed circuit board production environment. Responsibilities include collecting production data, conducting time studies, process mapping, capacity analysis, identifying bottlenecks, improving line balance and material handling, evaluating logistics automation, and applying Lean methods. The intern will collaborate with production, engineering, sales, and planning teams, complete a project, present findings to leadership, and follow EHS and manufacturing safety procedures.

Supports wet process optimization and chemical engineering improvement projects in PCB manufacturing. Responsibilities include reviewing production lines, conducting experiments, analyzing process and quality data, studying materials and surface preparation, documenting chemical parameters, improving monitoring, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings. The intern follows EHS procedures, chemical handling requirements, PPE rules, and site security protocols.

Supports procurement, materials planning, purchasing, inventory, supplier performance, and supply chain improvement projects in a PCB manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include analyzing purchasing and inventory data, tracking purchase orders, reviewing material shortages, mapping processes, improving material flow, and presenting project results. The intern works with procurement, planning, receiving, and production teams while following manufacturing safety, environmental, and controlled-goods requirements.
