Associate Product Manager in a global graduate leadership program, owning product features across AI agentic payments, stablecoins, trading, and user growth. Responsibilities include researching and prototyping ideas, writing PRDs and user stories, defining KPIs, running experiments, analyzing markets and competitors, and collaborating with engineering, design, data, and senior product leaders. The role is fully remote and offers mentorship and a path to Product Manager.

Own the backend and agent systems powering LLM products, including multi-turn conversations, tool calling, RAG, state management, evaluations, monitoring, and production reliability. Diagnose failures across models, knowledge systems, tools, and infrastructure; establish regression testing and quality measurement; and guide product and technical decisions. The role requires shipping and improving LLM features at scale, strong backend engineering, disciplined evaluation practices, and preferably Web3 experience.

Drive strategy, delivery, and optimization of consumer crypto trading products. Build growth programs, creator- and community-driven experiences, referral and rewards systems, and tokenized real-world asset products. Use Web3 trading expertise, market data, experimentation, and user metrics to improve activation, retention, and trading volume while coordinating with global cross-functional teams and partners.
