Leads sales of TRUMPF machine tool products across Canada, manages sales representatives and territories, grows market share and order intake, develops key accounts, negotiates and closes orders, supports customer relationships, and contributes to sales strategy. The role requires regular travel to customers, demo centers, and exhibitions, along with CRM administration, reporting, training, and performance management.

Supports cross-functional business operations across administration, IT coordination, procurement, vendor management, HR, tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and office operations. The role also contributes to process optimization, Lean office initiatives, AI implementation, digitalization, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and business analysis.
