Senior Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering digital technology projects, including website, UX/UI, and e-commerce initiatives. Owns timelines, budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, resources, status reporting, client communication, and project documentation. Coordinates cross-functional development, QA, design, and DevOps teams while supporting UAT, deployment, launch, and post-launch activities. The role is hybrid in the Greater Toronto Area and requires occasional client or conference travel.

Owns 4–6 enterprise client relationships and a $1M–$3M portfolio. Leads technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution alignment, roadmap planning, risk management, and cross-functional delivery coordination. Advises clients on digital platforms, commerce, cloud, integrations, analytics, and software delivery. Partners with business development on proposals and expansion opportunities while maintaining account and pipeline data in HubSpot.

Own and support enterprise client accounts valued at approximately $1M–$3M. Manage client relationships, budgets, contracts, invoicing, account health, delivery alignment, quarterly business reviews, strategic roadmaps, and growth opportunities. Partner with engineering, marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to translate client priorities into digital initiatives across CRM, commerce, analytics, marketing automation, and digital experience platforms. Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy while managing risks, proposals, statements of work, and stakeholder expectations.
