Prepare detailed shop and fabrication drawings for metal panels, flashings, girts, and related building envelope components. Translate architectural and structural drawings into fabrication documentation, coordinate with project teams, manage revisions and drawing records, ensure compliance with specifications and codes, perform occasional site visits, and support continuous improvement of drafting processes.

Support field operations and project coordination on exterior cladding projects from start-up through completion. Coordinate site logistics, monitor quality and safety, manage RFIs and change orders, perform site inspections and measurements, lead safety talks, and act as primary field contact between crews, contractors, consultants, and Project Managers.

Perform roofing and building envelope inspections, diagnose failures, scope and price short-duration repair jobs, prepare consultant-level reports, coordinate small crews, maintain QA/QC checklists, track inspection activity, and provide feedback to improve workmanship and consistency across projects.
