Designs and builds end-to-end Forward Deployed Engineering curriculum projects for experienced production engineers. Creates learning goals, technical environments, datasets, submission guidelines, and assessment rubrics. Evaluates current tools and technical solutions, collaborates with instructional designers, and contributes to sales and marketing enablement. The role is asynchronous, fully remote, and approximately 20 hours per week.

Industry Expert who reviews and defends advanced AI, ML, distributed systems, and forward-deployed engineering projects. Responsibilities include challenging architecture decisions, chairing mock review boards and executive presentations, hosting one or two technical sessions monthly, and serving as the escalation point for instructors. The role requires production-scale engineering judgment, strong technical communication, and expertise in agentic systems, LLM evaluation, infrastructure, observability, model serving, RAG, or enterprise deployments.

Lead live sessions, office hours, and project reviews for senior engineers transitioning into system architecture. Provide detailed architecture critiques, mentor students one-on-one, run architecture review boards, record instructional videos, conduct mock interviews, and coordinate supporting instructors to ensure high technical standards and student readiness for architecture roles.
