Owns test automation strategy using Playwright and TypeScript, including framework architecture, UI/API/end-to-end coverage, CI/CD integration, test data, reporting, and troubleshooting. Performs manual, exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and system testing using Xray, Postman, SQL, and Jira. Collaborates with development and product teams, assesses quality risks, participates in Agile ceremonies, and mentors QA Analysts. Uses AI-assisted tools such as Claude to improve testing workflows.

Lead analyses and reporting to optimize supplier compensation, revenue, and margins. Build PowerBI dashboards and BI reports, support procurement in contract negotiations, perform competitive benchmarking and market research, automate reporting, and deliver ad-hoc insights to senior leadership to drive revenue optimization.

Design, build, and deploy full-stack features across Angular MFEs and .NET microservices. Implement AI agent pipelines, integrate MongoDB/Postgres-backed catalog and event-sourced systems, and own end-to-end delivery with product, QA, and your pod.
