Coordinate the post-sale customer journey, clinical onboarding, contracts, renewals, device upgrades, recalls, and customer communications. Manage cross-functional projects that improve Customer Success and Clinical Operations, including workflow automation, bottleneck reduction, and process adoption. Maintain accurate records, escalate clinical or technical issues, and act as a customer contact. The role is hybrid in Mississauga and requires strong organization, communication, empathy, documentation, and process improvement skills.
