Reviews account activity and payment approval requests, investigates suspicious activity and fraud patterns, and makes risk-based approval or escalation decisions using AI-assisted analysis. The role supports compliance operations, improves processes, documents findings, and collaborates with product, support, and business teams to balance compliance, customer experience, and scalable growth.

Lead discovery and early delivery for new product areas: research opportunities, build theses, size markets, and produce shovel-ready briefs, prototypes, and specs. Run small end-to-end projects with engineers, leverage AI/agents to accelerate research and prototyping, and decide whether to spin up squads, build lean, hand off, or kill initiatives. Occasionally cover existing squads as needed and work asynchronously in a documentation-first environment.
