Lead a multi-site engineering team to develop and execute a 5-year capital plan and deliver capital projects across US and Canada. Oversee Capital Initiative Management, procurement strategy, project KPIs (safety, food safety, CQV, schedule, budget), mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. ~50% travel.
