Supports sales revenue operations through forecasting, performance reporting, dashboards, quota and compensation planning, and data-driven analysis. Maintains Salesforce opportunity and account-management standards, supports territory planning and transfers, prepares executive presentations, and drives strategic cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, financial planning, communication, presentation, stakeholder influence, and project management skills, along with advanced Microsoft Excel and Salesforce proficiency.

Manage and grow breach and cyber risk client accounts, develop new business, and coordinate incident readiness and active breach engagements. Build relationships across cyber insurers, brokers, legal, forensic, privacy, and identity protection ecosystems. Lead sales planning, proposals, pricing, negotiations, renewals, and cross-functional service delivery while maintaining pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce. Support time-sensitive incident response, client meetings, market development, and solution improvement initiatives.

Manage customer-related tickets, onboarding, support requests, escalations, reporting, and cross-functional operational coordination. Serve as a central contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, troubleshoot issues, support sales account teams, coordinate contracting activities, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain customer communications and service-level reporting.
