Drive growth for identity verification and fraud prevention solutions across Canada. Partner with sales teams to develop and close new opportunities, consult with fraud, risk, operations, and executive stakeholders, build ROI-focused business cases, lead demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and exceed sales targets. The role requires expert knowledge of fraud and identity risks, strong senior-stakeholder presentation skills, strategic sales planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and scaling of Canadian income and employment verification products. Owns product vision, customer discovery, experimentation, user experience, API and data requirements, analytics, pricing, packaging, compliance, and rollout planning. Partners with technology, operations, sales, marketing, legal, data providers, and customer success teams to deliver secure, compliant products and drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and customer insights.

Provides Canadian product and commercial legal counsel, primarily supporting product development, privacy impact assessments, regulatory compliance, product launches, terms of use, and privacy policies. Reviews and negotiates commercial contracts, advises management and cross-functional teams, monitors legislative changes, mitigates legal risk, and delivers internal legal training. Requires Ontario legal licensure and expertise in Canadian privacy, contract, and corporate-commercial law.
