Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and scaling of Canadian income and employment verification products. Owns product vision, customer discovery, experimentation, user experience, API and data requirements, analytics, pricing, packaging, compliance, and rollout planning. Partners with technology, operations, sales, marketing, legal, data providers, and customer success teams to deliver secure, compliant products and drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and customer insights.

Manages and grows technology platform and distribution partnerships across Auto, Mortgage, and Financial Services. Responsibilities include executing partnership plans, serving as the primary partner contact, monitoring performance, identifying revenue and adoption opportunities, onboarding new partners, supporting agreement negotiations, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and product teams. The role also develops engagement plans, reports performance, and tracks industry trends.

Collect overdue receivables from high-volume and complex accounts, resolve invoice disputes, coordinate collection plans with clients and internal teams, document collection activity, and identify process improvements. The role also coaches less experienced analysts, assists with training, analyzes data to solve complex problems, and manages competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
