Engages counter and phone customers to identify HVAC parts and supply needs, provide solutions, and grow sales through product recommendations. Manages quotes, invoices, orders, and fulfillment while maintaining customer satisfaction. Supports inventory operations including cycle counts, purchase order receipts, transfers, shipping, receiving, stocking, and bin-location control. May occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Participate in a 12-week technical sales internship supporting HVAC equipment, building automation, service, and controls offerings. Work with sales account managers and customers, attend sales and service meetings, learn system design and application, and assist with the sales engineering process. Build technical, business, communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills while gaining exposure to commercial, industrial, and institutional climate solutions.

Supports energy engineers and account managers by identifying energy conservation opportunities in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Assists with building walk-throughs, audits, benchmarking, site surveys, project risk assessments, measurement and verification, data analysis, reporting, and evaluation of energy technologies. The 12-week internship involves collaboration across North America and contributes to building efficiency and sustainability projects.
