The role requires maintaining data management processes, establishing data capture mechanisms, and supporting data-driven sales decisions across business units.

Oversee B2B sales operations for Google products, leading cluster teams, client relationships, revenue performance, and business continuity. Develop sales strategies, coach managers and sales staff, monitor performance metrics, manage operating profit and forecasts, resolve client issues, and lead improvement initiatives. The role requires strong technology sales experience, Google Cloud knowledge, analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to develop teams and long-term business opportunities.

Drive new business growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting AI advertising solutions, managing the full sales cycle, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires consultative B2B selling, digital marketing expertise, CRM management, outbound sales, C-level communication, and collaboration with onboarding and customer success teams. This is a full-time, fully onsite position in downtown Toronto.
