Provide partner- and sales-facing technical consulting for Google Cloud sales opportunities: define technical requirements, design architectures, prototype solutions, enable partners, support technical evaluations (S2-S3), and ensure sales hygiene in Salesforce while completing required certifications.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing (e-invoicing/SAP Ariba), cash application, collections, dispute resolution, AR reporting (DSO, aging), inbox/query management, root-cause analysis, and lead process improvements and system support (UAT, implementations) to ensure accurate billing and timely cash flow.

The Quality Analyst will monitor and evaluate processes, ensuring compliance with standards, reporting quality scores, and identifying improvement areas to enhance customer satisfaction.
