Provide partner- and sales-facing technical consulting for Google Cloud sales opportunities: define technical requirements, design architectures, prototype solutions, enable partners, support technical evaluations (S2-S3), and ensure sales hygiene in Salesforce while completing required certifications.

Manage accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, deductions, reconciliations, and customer billing escalations. Analyze DSO, aging, Payscore, and other financial metrics; maintain accurate master data and audit compliance. Support AR inbox management, root-cause analysis, process improvement, system enhancements, UAT, and implementations. Provide functional expertise, training, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, customer service, and audit teams.

Manage sensitive, urgent, and high-value customer escalations for Airbnb guests and hosts from initiation through resolution. Responsibilities include mediation, negotiation, financial decision-making, policy explanation, cross-functional stakeholder communication, complex case ownership, and continuous process improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert while maintaining service quality, accuracy, and customer information security in a fast-paced, on-site contact center environment.
