Provides pricing, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and reporting support to lawyers, Business Development, Finance, and clients. Develops alternative fee arrangements, analyzes matter data, supports proposals and competitive bids, maintains pricing models and billing databases, and delivers recommendations on client arrangements and profitability. The role also validates financial reports, monitors market pricing, supports process improvements, and assists with pricing education and training.

Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases across on-premises and Azure environments, including configuration, performance tuning, security, backup, recovery, capacity, and availability. Support integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, cloud migrations, modernization, disaster recovery, and data archiving. Provide second-level technical support, documentation, reporting, project participation, and rotational 24/7 on-call coverage.

Leads the firm’s Technology Learning function, including curriculum strategy, technology training, digital learning content, adoption initiatives, onboarding readiness, and continuous improvement. Manages learning programs, metrics, budgets, projects, stakeholder relationships, and a team of learning professionals. Partners across the firm to improve technology proficiency and business performance while maintaining learning resources and supporting technology rollouts.
