Provides corporate technical leadership for mineral resource estimation, reconciliation, governance, and public disclosures. Acts as the Qualified Person for Mineral Resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy of estimates. Oversees geological modeling, geostatistics, field-to-model processes, reconciliation, exploration disclosures, and technical due diligence for acquisitions. Leads and mentors multidisciplinary teams, advises executives and the Board, and recommends technologies and methodologies to improve resource estimation quality and consistency.

Supports multidisciplinary mining project studies from early-stage analysis through feasibility and execution. Reviews mine design and engineering deliverables, coordinates external consultants, evaluates technical scenarios, maintains project documentation, and identifies technical or schedule risks. Collaborates with geology, metallurgy, mining, construction, and technical services teams while contributing to execution plans, technical reports, forecasts, presentations, and consultant performance reviews.

The Senior Metallurgist provides hands-on operational metallurgy and process engineering support for gold processing operations. Responsibilities include analyzing plant data, validating metallurgical balances and recovery models, investigating performance variances, optimizing flotation, leaching, consumables, and process efficiency, and coordinating improvement initiatives, consultants, technical documentation, budgets, and procurement activities. The role collaborates with site metallurgy, operations, geology, geometallurgy, and technical services teams and requires travel to site 50% of the time.
