Leads project controls for capital projects and studies, overseeing cost control, scheduling, forecasting, change and risk management, earned value, reporting, and governance. Manages and develops cost controllers and planner-schedulers while coordinating with construction, engineering, finance, procurement, and EPCM stakeholders. Provides project performance analysis, validates schedules and forecasts, supports mitigation planning, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires regular travel to Mexico and professional English and Spanish proficiency.
