Owns end-to-end solution architecture across NetSuite, Salesforce, integration platforms, and connected business applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process design, technical architecture, integration design, testing, delivery, governance, training, troubleshooting, and mentoring. The role supports commerce, finance, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and revenue processes while influencing enterprise architecture and the Business Systems roadmap.

Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close and ASC 606 revenue recognition processes. Manage deferred revenue analyses, AR aging for retail partners, order-to-cash, billing dispute resolution, revenue metrics, audit support, process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
