Serve as the strategic HR partner for a 2,000+ person R&D organization spanning Engineering, Product, and Design. Advise senior leaders on organizational design, restructurings, performance calibration, feedback culture, engagement, compensation, leveling, and people programs. Use employee data, engagement metrics, headcount models, and AI tools to inform decisions and measure outcomes. Support globally distributed teams and influence VP- and SVP-level stakeholders.

Supports sales teams by demonstrating Toast’s restaurant technology platform to mid-market and enterprise prospects. Serves as a product and industry subject matter expert, explains APIs and integrated solutions, consults on restaurant operations, supports sales enablement, communicates product gaps, and coordinates with Product, Marketing, Onboarding, and Sales teams. Requires restaurant or hospitality technology sales experience, cloud POS knowledge, strong presentation skills, and nationwide customer travel.

Field sales role targeting restaurants in West Toronto. Prospect and self-source leads, manage full sales cycle, conduct demos, customize solutions, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams. Use Salesforce to track activities. Role is 80% in-field and requires local residency or relocation.
