The Global Mobility Partner designs and manages international relocation programs for new hires and internal transfers. Responsibilities include mobility policy development, transfer assessments, cost modeling, vendor management, immigration and tax compliance, payroll coordination, total rewards support, and mobility analytics. The role advises business leaders and partners with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Compensation teams to manage assignments, localizations, repatriations, and risk mitigation across global programs.

Manages the lifecycle of Transfer Agency products and services for listed issuers, from ideation through launch and ongoing support. Owns product roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, user stories, market research, client advocacy, and cross-functional delivery. Provides technical support, manages defects, onboarding, billing, training, vendor revenue sharing, marketing, and educational initiatives. Requires capital markets familiarity, analytical and technical expertise, troubleshooting ability, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Leads IT support delivery across Toronto and Markham offices, managing teams, staffing, escalations, asset lifecycle, procurement, vendor relationships, and sustainable equipment disposal. Oversees ServiceNow tickets, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, device imaging, deployment, onboarding, and support for Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, mobile devices, printers, and scanners. Partners with business units and global IT teams on projects, M&A integrations, service transitions, and crisis management.
