Provides contract administration, sales process support, CRM and billing workflow management, client agreement governance, market data licensing compliance, usage monitoring, audit support, and reconciliation. The role maintains client and pricing records, resolves billing discrepancies, reviews declarations, identifies unauthorized usage, prepares remediation calculations, and develops compliance analytics using Excel, Power BI, or SQL. It also supports sales enablement, internal controls, workflow automation, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, IT, clients, and auditors.

Serves as the strategic technology relationship manager for Corporate Finance, connecting finance leaders with technology teams and vendors. Develops technology business cases, ROI and TCO models, roadmaps, demand intake processes, governance frameworks, and vendor SOWs. Partners on financial systems modernization, ERP and analytics solutions, data integrations, delivery milestones, adoption, and post-implementation value measurement. Supports Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Audit functions.

Provides phone, email, and mail support to security holders and investment community clients. Handles transfer requests, account updates, statements, lost security stops, access codes, voting control numbers, complaints, and digital tool assistance. The role requires accurate research, privacy and compliance adherence, relationship building, issue resolution, and cross-functional support for Legal and Estates Operations. This is a six-month hybrid contract based in Toronto.
