Collect and analyze customer credit data, manage receivables and credit files, run ERP/SAP reports, assess creditworthiness, review blocked sales, liaise with customers and internal teams to mitigate credit risk.

Provide timely, courteous pricing, quotes, and order processing for customers; offer technical assistance; manage stocking programs, customer-specific inventories, returns/credits, and contract implementation; support Outside Sales and resolve customer service issues while maintaining product and pricing knowledge.

Provide pricing and delivery information to customers, process orders, assist with sales, maintain contracts, and handle customer inquiries with attention to detail.
