Lead a 24-hour metal distribution operation delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution. Oversee multi-shift supervisors and hourly teams, enforce safety and workplace discipline, manage inventory and material flow, drive performance with data and continuous improvement, and develop supervisors and a people-centered culture to meet service, quality, and productivity goals.

Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC/NC programs and nesting layouts to maximize material yield and support production. Coordinate tooling, update programs per engineering or customer needs, support shop floor planning, create technical documentation, and participate in 5S, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

Provide timely, courteous pricing, quotes, and order processing for customers; offer technical assistance; manage stocking programs, customer-specific inventories, returns/credits, and contract implementation; support Outside Sales and resolve customer service issues while maintaining product and pricing knowledge.
