Oversee multi-shift supervisors and hourly teams, enforce safety and workplace discipline, manage inventory and material flow, drive performance with data and continuous improvement, and develop supervisors and a people-centered culture to meet service, quality, and productivity goals.

Provide timely, courteous pricing, quotes, and order processing for customers; offer technical assistance; manage stocking programs, customer-specific inventories, returns/credits, and contract implementation; support Outside Sales and resolve customer service issues while maintaining product and pricing knowledge.
