Leads Thunderbird Partnership Foundation’s Training and Education team, programs, curriculum, work plans, stakeholder engagement, budgets, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role oversees culturally grounded training focused on First Nations mental wellness and addictions, including Train the Trainer and community of practice programs. Responsibilities include team leadership, Indigenous knowledge integration, training resource development, evaluation, relationship building, funding support, and collaboration with First Nations communities, Knowledge Keepers, partners, and stakeholders.
