Coordinate proposal and marketing production, maintain project documentation and pipelines in Microsoft Dynamics, prepare qualifications/CVs/project mock-ups, manage office operations and vendor relationships, support events and team culture, assist with project closeout and QA, and provide backup support to office leadership.

Manage and deliver acoustics, noise, and vibration projects including field measurements, data collection, modeling, analysis, and technical reporting. Interface with clients, architects, contractors and regulatory agencies; support proposals and business development; mentor junior staff and manage budgets and schedules.
