As a Creative Director at AntiSocial, you'll lead creative vision across accounts, drive large-scale campaigns, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality, culturally impactful work.

Support day-to-day studio operations across production, IT, and logistics: set up and troubleshoot monitors, workstations, peripherals, and camera gear; manage inventory and physical assets; assist with shoot setup/teardown; coordinate cross-team operational needs and resolve issues proactively.

Lead influencer and creator strategy across multiple client accounts, from ideation through execution and reporting. Identify and manage creators, handle outreach, negotiations, contracts, budgets, timelines, and performance tracking. Collaborate with social, creative, account, and production teams, stay on top of creator trends, and support new business pitches with influencer recommendations and strategies.
