This test requisition provides no substantive job responsibilities. The position follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule in an office environment and lists an estimated annual salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 in Ontario.

Generates sales growth for scientific products and services through virtual and digital channels. Builds customer relationships across academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical, and industrial markets; uses consultative selling to identify needs and recommend solutions. Develops sales plans, manages CRM activity, maintains product knowledge, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet targets. The role is onsite in Ottawa, Ontario, with approximately 10–25% travel.

Manage inside sales and customer success for service products across the Canada territory. Sell warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, qualifications, and renewals; acquire and consult with customers; negotiate contracts; track opportunities; prepare sales forecasts; and maintain customer relationships. Use SAP, Cloud for Service, and Salesforce to create quotes and record sales activity. Travel to customer locations up to 25%, including overnight travel.
