Support the Director and content teams by organizing submissions, tracking development and production, preparing executive materials, coordinating meetings and deliveries, reviewing scripts/cuts, handling confidential information, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to advance Canadian and international scripted and unscripted content.

Lead Canadian original content development for scripted and unscripted projects, managing multiple teams and development pipelines from submission to delivery. Source and evaluate creative opportunities, provide editorial feedback on scripts and cuts, coordinate cross-functional delivery, prepare executive materials, and represent Disney at industry events.

Organize and run daily rehearsal, fitting and crossover schedules; manage in-studio rehearsals, scripts, scores and automation cues; coordinate props, set pieces, stunt rehearsals and shipboard technical rehearsals; liaise with creative, resident director and shipboard teams; enforce company policies and deliver HR training; travel to ships for multi-week technical rehearsals.
