Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, social media, and referrals to identify and qualify high-value leads. Execute targeted campaigns, communicate the value of BPO and staffing solutions, schedule executive appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, research markets and competitors, and develop compelling sales narratives. This remote entry-level role includes paid training, guaranteed base pay, and uncapped bonus potential.

Identifies and qualifies prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, social media, email campaigns, and other lead-generation tools. Presents MCI’s outsourcing and staffing solutions, schedules meetings with executives, maintains CRM records, tracks appointments and forecasts, refines lead qualification criteria, and monitors competitors. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a remote, fast-paced environment.
