Support accounting functions for the clean energy fund: reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, process invoices and payments, prepare HST and tax remittances, complete bank reconciliations, assist with audits and year-end, and help produce quarterly and annual financial reports.

Manage investor marketing across social channels and webinars, create and maintain investor-facing materials, ensure marketing content is compliant and on-brand, track and report performance, and collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and investor/advisor communications.

Provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Management team: data entry, A/R adjustments, purchase orders, vendor and EFT setup, scanning/uploading documents to Yardi, tenant correspondence, and assisting leadership with expense reports, travel arrangements and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and timely professional communication.
