Provide HR support focused on recruitment, onboarding, payroll updates, employee relations, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR inquiries while improving HR processes and culture.

Lead design, implementation, and support of on-premises and Azure hybrid infrastructure. Serve as senior escalation for complex infrastructure and networking issues, manage patching/DR, maintain documentation and SOPs, mentor IT staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, high-availability systems.
