Provides administrative and proposal coordination support to engineering teams. Responsibilities include maintaining files, preparing reports and presentations, managing correspondence and calls, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting office operations, and coordinating proposals from timeline development through submission and post-proposal review. The role also involves proofreading, maintaining templates and project records, handling confidential information, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Assists engineers with designing building electrical systems, including lighting, fire alarm, power, distribution, UPS, generators, and motor controls. Produces drawings, schematics, specifications, calculations, reports, and equipment schedules using AutoCAD and engineering software. Coordinates with architectural, structural, mechanical, utility, and municipal stakeholders; conducts site audits and reviews; supports quality control, client meetings, construction reviews, and project documentation while following applicable codes and standards.

Lead small to mid-sized building electrical design projects: manage scope, schedule and budgets; produce and review drawings, specifications and calculations; ensure code compliance; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; engage clients; mentor junior staff; and support proposals and technical delivery using AutoCAD and Revit.
