Provides administrative and proposal coordination support to engineering teams. Responsibilities include maintaining files, preparing reports and presentations, managing correspondence and calls, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting office operations, and coordinating proposals from timeline development through submission and post-proposal review. The role also involves proofreading, maintaining templates and project records, handling confidential information, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Assists engineers with designing building electrical systems, including lighting, fire alarm, power, distribution, UPS, generators, and motor controls. Produces drawings, schematics, specifications, calculations, reports, and equipment schedules using AutoCAD and engineering software. Coordinates with architectural, structural, mechanical, utility, and municipal stakeholders; conducts site audits and reviews; supports quality control, client meetings, construction reviews, and project documentation while following applicable codes and standards.

Lead small to mid-sized building electrical design projects: manage scope, schedule and budgets; produce and review drawings, specifications and calculations; ensure code compliance; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; engage clients; mentor junior staff; and support proposals and technical delivery using AutoCAD and Revit.

Lead delivery of complex base-building electrical projects from concept through construction. Manage teams, mentor engineers, ensure technical quality, budgets, schedules, code compliance, and support business development and client relationships.

Hands-on HR Generalist managing full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, onboarding, HR administration and employee records. Supports benefits administration, performance review cycles, offboarding, HR systems (BambooHR), compliance with Ontario and Alberta employment standards, and employee engagement and training coordination. Works with HR Manager and hiring leaders to maintain organized, consistent HR operations and reporting.

Lead and maintain IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and enterprise systems; manage IT Technician and vendors; plan upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and IT strategy; provide escalation support and deliver technology projects aligned with business goals.
