Build and own Terminal’s technical recruiting function in Toronto: run full-cycle searches for engineering and data roles (priority: data platform), source and close senior/staff hires, design interview loops and scorecards, protect interviewer capacity, run hiring metrics in Ashby, and create a repeatable recruiting operating system.

Lead activation and time-to-value for enterprise telematics customers. Own success plans, QBRs, risk registers, and drive accounts from contract to production certification. Build the founding CSM playbook, establish cadence, align stakeholders, and feed activation friction back to R&D to enable scalable expansion.

Owner of enterprise renewal, expansion, and commercial outcomes for assigned accounts. Build account plans, run disciplined expansion motions, hold executive relationships, lead pricing and order-form negotiations, and create the founding SAM playbook alongside COO/CEO. Measure success by connected-vehicle scaling, expansion ARR, and sustained NDR across the book.

Own post-sale technical lifecycle for enterprise accounts: design integrations, define production-readiness criteria, enable customer teams, scale fleet data ingestion, and own technical escalations. Build the founding Customer Engineer playbook and drive repeatable go-live processes while monitoring data quality and reliability.

Lead Terminal's marketing as the first dedicated hire: own positioning, narrative, website, thought leadership, sales enablement, and an AI-first content engine. Work cross-functionally with founders and sales to drive qualified inbound, pipeline impact, and enablement, while building repeatable systems and a measurable events program.

Lead design and delivery of the integrations platform supporting 250+ integrations. Build APIs, integrations, tooling, and observability; engage customers; optimize performance and scalability; set architectural direction and best practices.

Lead design and implementation of a scalable data platform handling petabytes of telematics and time-series data. Build and optimize streaming and batch pipelines, design storage solutions, implement observability and data lineage, manage HA infrastructure, and write maintainable Java/Python code while shaping long-term architectural strategy.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle to drive $1M ARR quota. Prospect, qualify, demo, manage stakeholders, close and expand accounts across insurance, finance, and logistics. Maintain pipeline and forecasting, provide product feedback to engineering, and help refine sales strategy and processes. Collaborate with executives and technical buyers to demonstrate product value.

Build and execute Terminal's supply-side partnership strategy for telematics: source and close TSP/OEM/enrichment partners, negotiate data rights and SLAs, lead technical integrations with Product/Engineering, operationalize onboarding and activation, codify partner playbooks, instrumentation and reporting, and scale the partnerships function.
