Manages sales growth across furniture retailers and mattress specialty shops in an assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing retailer relationships, delivering product training, supporting merchandising standards, coordinating advertising and promotional programs, analyzing territory performance, managing incentives, resolving customer service and warranty issues, and improving market share. The role requires extensive territory travel, overnight travel, independent home-office work, financial analysis in Excel, and collaboration with regional and national sales teams.

Prepare daily, weekly and month-end financial reports; perform bank, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations; generate month-end journal entries; support inventory counts; enforce controls; lead and advise finance team; produce flash financial results and government statistical reports; collaborate with Sales, Operations, Corporate Finance and IT. Familiarity with Microsoft D365 or AX2012 is an asset.
