Partner with external AI providers initially, then establish internal standards for prompt design, model selection, agent architecture, reliability, and evaluation. Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain engineering teams.

Own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, retention, and revenue for Tempo Workforce Intelligence, an AI-powered enterprise product. Lead customer discovery, experimentation, attribution and reporting, agent governance, benchmarking, integrations, instrumentation, and commercial planning. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executives to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Own the full lifecycle, security, compliance, and support of company endpoints across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices. Administer UEM and Okta, deliver escalated IT support through Jira Service Management, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain asset records, enforce endpoint security controls, automate provisioning and triage with AI, and partner with Information Security on audits, access reviews, and least-privilege policies.
