Own the post-sale lifecycle for enterprise accounts, drive GRR/NRR, manage renewals and expansions, run executive reviews and success plans, boost product adoption, use AI-assisted tooling for efficiency, forecast renewals, document outcomes in Gainsight, and collaborate with Product and Sales to surface case studies and customer-driven product improvements.
