Develop and maintain Angular frontend features from analysis through deployment. Integrate user interfaces with REST APIs and backend services, ensure accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and code quality, and collaborate with business analysts, product managers, technical leads, and backend developers in an Agile environment. Own tickets end to end, troubleshoot integration issues, clarify requirements, and deliver stable solutions for regulated benefits administration platforms.

Lead requirements gathering, document business and operational needs, map processes across pension, payroll and finance systems, collaborate with architects and developers, define testing scope, support QA, redesign reports/communications, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure successful pension and benefits implementations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Defined Benefit pension software implementations: own scope, schedule, budget, risk, governance and go-live; manage C-suite stakeholders; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams; mentor junior PMs; and apply generative AI and automation to improve reporting, risk analysis, dependency mapping, and forecasting.
