Provides strategic advice and analytical support for equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, Indigenous reconciliation, and Official Languages initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams, facilitates cross-functional planning, supports governance and reporting, monitors EDIA plan progress, identifies systemic barriers, and recommends organizational actions. The role also supports bilingual and inclusive practices, stakeholder mobilization, committee engagement, training development, and coordination with sustainability and ESG priorities.

Provides executive administrative support to the Chief Program Officer by managing schedules, travel, meetings, communications, task prioritization, document preparation, reporting, and confidential information. Coordinates activities and stakeholders across the organization, ensures timely follow-up, and edits documents for accuracy in both official languages. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and bilingual capabilities, with hybrid work requiring three office days per week.
