Manage and continuously improve Teledyne’s Canadian trade compliance program. Responsibilities include HS classification, origin and valuation determinations, import/export documentation, customs broker oversight, post-entry audits, free-trade agreement eligibility, customs records, SAP data accuracy, regulatory inquiries, controls, training, and cross-functional guidance. The role requires expertise in Canadian customs laws, export controls, CBSA and GAC processes, and related compliance systems.

Design, deploy, and maintain hardware and software test systems for camera and image sensor products. Develop automated test files, plans, setups, and software tools; analyze test results; improve coverage and reliability; and deploy systems into manufacturing. Review product designs for test readiness, support engineering-to-production transitions, coordinate technical support tasks, and deliver camera/sensor test plans, automated systems, prototypes, production testing, BOMs, and testing requirements.

Leads HR strategy for the Machine Vision Cameras Group, partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and workforce budgeting within a global technology organization.
