Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. Own lead-to-cash, quoting, pricing, subscription, renewal, and amendment workflows while integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, marketing automation, and CLM systems. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure security and data integrity, establish DevOps and testing practices, document architectures, and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.

Owns strategic relationships and long-term success for assigned automotive dealership accounts. Develops Customer Value Plans, leads outcome-focused Value Reviews, monitors adoption and account health, forecasts renewals, identifies expansion opportunities, and translates platform usage into measurable business value. The role coordinates with Sales, Product, Support, Enablement, and Implementation teams while representing customer needs internally. Travel to dealerships and customer events may be required.

Supports software implementation projects by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, assisting with system configuration and testing, preparing user documentation and training materials, tracking project deliverables, and conducting basic data analysis. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, requiring prior automotive fixed operations software implementation experience and extensive travel.
