Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. Own lead-to-cash, quoting, pricing, subscription, renewal, and amendment workflows while integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, marketing automation, and CLM systems. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure security and data integrity, establish DevOps and testing practices, document architectures, and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.

Leads strategic value advisory engagements for enterprise customers, developing ROI models, financial business cases, industry benchmarks, and executive presentations. Partners with sales, product, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate economic value, support deal structuring, and influence C-level decisions. Also develops scalable value methodologies and mentors junior team members and sales staff.

Supports software implementation projects by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, assisting with system configuration and testing, preparing user documentation and training materials, tracking project deliverables, and conducting basic data analysis. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, requiring prior automotive fixed operations software implementation experience and extensive travel.
