Supports creative strategy for advertising clients across Canada, translating campaign data, performance metrics, and audience insights into creative recommendations. Develops briefs, supports pitches, presents concepts, advises clients on best practices, and partners with Sales, Studio, Strategy, and Campaign Operations. The role also builds client relationships, supports retention and revenue growth, communicates Teads capabilities, and stays current on media, technology, creative, and cultural trends.

The Technical Solutions Engineer owns second-tier technical cases for ad campaigns, troubleshooting integrations, pixels, creatives and platform issues. They analyze database queries, run client troubleshooting calls, automate tasks with scripting, document workarounds, and collaborate with R&D, AdOps, Product and Account teams to resolve escalations and improve products.
