As a Business Development Representative II, you will build relationships, drive sales initiatives, provide product training, and analyze market trends while managing vendor pipelines.

Receives, stores, picks, replenishes, and ships products while meeting productivity, accuracy, and SLA standards. Uses WMS, SAP, RF scanners, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment. Participates in inventory activities, maintains workstation supplies, handles products weighing up to 50 pounds, and follows health, safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures across warehouse functions.

Rotational full-time program exposing participants to sales, vendor management, marketing, and business operations. Support order processing, quoting, reporting, product research, and basic financial analysis while building relationships, presenting project updates, and participating in training and professional development.
