As a Business Development Representative II, you will build relationships, drive sales initiatives, provide product training, and analyze market trends while managing vendor pipelines.

Receives, stores, picks, replenishes, and ships products while meeting productivity, accuracy, and SLA standards. Uses WMS, SAP, RF scanners, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment. Participates in inventory activities, maintains workstation supplies, handles products weighing up to 50 pounds, and follows health, safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures across warehouse functions.

Rotational full-time program exposing participants to sales, vendor management, marketing, and business operations. Support order processing, quoting, reporting, product research, and basic financial analysis while building relationships, presenting project updates, and participating in training and professional development.

Perform story- and data-driven analysis to design automated solutions, translate business needs into technical designs, build Power BI dashboards, administer Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence/JSM), support Data Center to Cloud migration, develop software features (Java/SQL/Python), troubleshoot production issues, and support SDLC, IT governance, procurement and contract management.

Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives, drive partnerships, and execute growth strategies for AWS and Google Cloud solutions.

Owns daily contact with a major retail account to drive revenue, margin, and market share through category growth plans, assortment and planogram recommendations, performance tracking, stakeholder presentations, RFP/proposal support, and moderate project management. Works on-site 3–5 days/week and travels up to 25%.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations and monthly reporting packages. Support cash management, audits/SOX, and produce ad hoc financial analysis while driving process automation and internal control improvements.
